Pack consciously chose not to pursue cosmetic surgery for Stanley's external cleft lip, viewing it as an inherent part of his identity—a symbol of his unique design. Subsequently, Stanley became the official “furry ambassador” for Smile Train, an international charity providing cleft repair surgeries for children in developing countries.
